Raymond

My name is Raymond McNicholas and I am a qualified primary teacher. I have worked in Abu Dhabi now for little over a year. Beforehand, I worked for 3 years in a large primary school in the north of London.

I am British curriculum trained and have experience working in all primary year groups. During my time in London, I took on the responsibility of computing lead and then onto English lead. Having this experience has afforded me the opportunity to develop teaching styles that get the best out of students.

My ideology of teaching is for children to enjoy the learning process and have fun. When children are enjoying learning they retain more and make steady and measurable progress.

Having one to one tuition with me will afford the opportunity to access to a range of material and teaching strategies that have been proven to make a difference and benefit overall progress.

In addition to years of teaching experience, I have worked as a tutor on a one to one basis and in small group settings. My experience of working with children does not end there as I have trained and managed under age teams in different sporting environment`s.
