Currently, I serve as an IBDP Economics Facilitator and Head of Department at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul, an IB World School in India. In this role, I have developed and implemented engaging lesson plans, conducted targeted one-on-one support sessions, and organized field trips and guest lectures to bridge theoretical concepts with real-world applications. My leadership in the department has resulted in a significant 50% improvement in student performance and a robust culture of critical thinking and collaboration.

Additionally, I possess hands-on experience in interdisciplinary teaching, incorporating elements of psychology and sociology to enrich students` understanding of economic concepts.

I hold a Master of Arts from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College. I have also completed IB Category 2 Economics training, reflecting my commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence in teaching.
