I am a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor specializing in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Theory of Knowledge, with experience supporting students across GCSE, IGCSE, MYP, A Levels, and the IB curriculum. I am passionate about helping students build a strong conceptual foundation while developing the critical thinking and analytical skills needed to succeed at higher levels.

I have experience teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at GCSE, IGCSE, and MYP levels, as well as Biology and Chemistry at A Level. Additionally, I support IB students in Biology, Chemistry, and Theory of Knowledge, guiding them through both content mastery and the development of structured, reflective thinking required for success in the programme.

I take a targeted approach to attainment, using a wide range of curated resources and exam-style questions to identify gaps, reinforce key concepts, and track progress over time. Experience: I hold a degree in Biology and a degree in Pharmacy, along with a PhD in Nanomedicine, giving me a strong academic foundation across the life sciences and applied chemistry. I am also a qualified teacher with a PGCE and hold an NPQLT certification, reflecting my commitment to high-quality teaching and continuous professional development.

I bring over 15 years of experience as a secondary school teacher, delivering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across GCSE, IGCSE, MYP, A Level, and IB programmes. Alongside this, I have lecturing experience in higher education, where I have supported students in developing both subject knowledge and independent academic skills.

My background also includes research experience in nanomedicine, which informs my teaching by allowing me to connect curriculum content to real-world scientific applications and current developments in the field.
