After being performance and operation focused, handling a number of
different accounts for 3 years, joining Ellington proposed an
opportunity to unfold new learnings within the investment sector.
• one month after joining, I was a crucial part of the formulated
operational initiatives designed to enhance portfolio-level yields
through the implementation of accretive capital plans and the
abatement of operating inefficiencies.
• I was in charge of conducting investment diligence by analyzing
microeconomic and capital market trends in the UAE and
international market, in order to frame market risk and bracket
downside level returns.
• As the team grew , I was in charge of the negotiation concerning the
joint venture agreement, including the asset management
agreement and fee structure to ensure alignment of interests.

End of 2017, I decided to set on a new journey towards fulfilling my
goal in the academic sector. I grasped an opportunity of becoming a
business instructor, and teaching Entrepreneurship, Business Feasibility
Analysis, Business Finance, Microeconomics and Business Management.
• During my first year, I was only given one class of a capacity of 20
students. Throughout, I learned how to experiment with and
implement creative teaching techniques (debates, workshops, etc…).
Due to the positive feedback given, the university decided to extend
my responsibility to cover 5 courses with the class capacity of 35
each.
• I was elected as the Teacher of the Year during both of my years in
Beirut Arab University, this was due to my maintaining of an active
dynamic work environment while embedding the technical part of
the business world as well.
UCMAS Abacus Certified Instructor

While working as a Business Instructor, I decided to teach UCMAS which
is the Universal Concept of Mental and Arithmetic System.
• Teaching UCMAS was different because it requires diverse nontraditional methods of learning through processing strong analytical
skills and having the ability to extract and interpret the usage of the
Abacus.
• After the students reach the phase of fully understanding the
Abacus, the mental UCMAS takes place covering level 1,2,3,4 and 5;
in which the students will be able to solve any equation, of any sort,
within less then 10 seconds.
• Within my first year, one of my students won the Lebanese UCMAS
Competition Level 3, and was qualified to comp
ete internationally in
Malaysia where he was the 3rd runner up
