Utpal Narayan

I’m Utpal , a Special Educator and RBT currently at GEMS Education, previously at Dubai Autism Center. I create and deliver IEPs and ABA-informed behavior plans, and I specialize in teaching math and science to students with special needs up to higher secondary. I combine hands-on strategies, curriculum adaptations, and technology to build skills, confidence, and independence. Blue Ribbon Award 2025 recipient. Available for 1:1 online or in-person sessions and consultation.

Experience: I am currently working as a Special Educator at GEMS Education, Dubai, supporting students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive school environment. I design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborate with teachers and parents to help each learner reach academic and social goals.

Previously, I worked at Dubai Autism Center as an ABA therapist, where I delivered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)–based interventions, conducted skill assessments, and implemented structured teaching and behavior programs.

With a background in both special education and engineering, I bring a strong foundation in Math and Science teaching up to higher secondary level, adapting complex concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences for students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and expressive language disorders.

I have more than four years of experience in home and school-based intervention, curriculum adaptation, and inclusion support. I also conduct teacher training and parent consultation sessions on inclusive education and behavioral strategies.
