EXPERIENCE in BRIEF
I have been teaching English as a second language to students of all ages for the past wonderful seven years. I have also tutored students in other subjects including law, science, literature, poetry, essay writing, CELTA, TEFL, psychology, legal studies, social science and humanities, art, creatie writing, biology, aviation language studies and religion.

EDUCATION
I currently hold a postgraduate teaching certificate as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Languages from the University of New England.
I am currently a master`s student in European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. In 2022 I will also become a PhD candidate, earning me the title of "doctor" upon its completion.

LESSON PLAN and LAYOUT
I plan and deliver my lessons according to the student`s need. We can discuss this together and make a plan that works for you. My name is Ashley, I am a qualified and experienced native English language teacher from Australia. All lessons are in the ENGLISH LANGUAGE. I offer all tuition, regardless of topic, in full English immersion. All lessons are online due to the pandemic

Experience: My name is Ashley, I am a qualified and experienced native English language teacher from Australia. I have been teaching and tutoring for the past seven years.

All lessons are in the ENGLISH LANGUAGE. Due to the pandemic, I am currently offering all lessons online via teams, zoom or other educational platforms. These lessons work well as there is little room for distraction or the possibility of being caught in traffic etc.

I am a native English speaker; I come from Brisbane, Australia`s third largest city. I currently live in the Netherlands and work with students all over the world, such as China, Australia and the UAE.

After graduating as an English language teacher seven years ago, I have worked in private schools, public schools, elementary schools, high-schools, continuing education colleges, adult and tertiary education facilities, in private homes and in large company headquarters such as Siemens.

ENGLISH
I teach all levels of General English, from elementary to advanced (A1-C2).
I also teach Cambridge English, English for Specific Purposes, Aviation English and Business English.

OTHER SUBJECTS
I have been tutoring all subjects (excluding maths) for elementary and secondary students.
Some of the subjects I have been teaching include history, geography, politics, cultural studies, humanities, social sciences, English, essay writing, poetry, psychology, law and social studies...
