• To adapt Business studies curricula to student language levels.
• To engage students through the use of technology
• To use pedagogy to ensure teaching strategies are in line with the needs and wants of the learner.
• Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.
• Keep well-informed of developments in the field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional organizations and conferences.
• To deliver bi-weekly professional development sessions to the business teachers in the sector.
