I have been a dedicated educator for 32 years, teaching in schools across the UK and guiding students of all levels towards academic success. My extensive experience across different exam boards has given me a holistic understanding of what is required for examinations, allowing me to tailor my teaching to ensure students are fully prepared for their assessments.
As a Head of Department in an `outstanding` school in London, I have had the privilege of leading teams of teachers, developing effective strategies to enhance student learning and performance. Additionally, my experience in marking exam board papers provides me with valuable insights into how exams are structured, how marks are awarded, and the common pitfalls students should avoid. This enables me to equip students with the skills and techniques necessary to maximize their potential in exams.
Beyond the classroom, I have also authored a mathematics book, reflecting my passion for making complex concepts accessible and engaging for learners. I am committed to inspiring confidence in my students and helping them achieve their academic goals through clear explanations, structured support, and exam-focused strategies. I provide one -to-one lessons and also group. All lessons are ONLINE.

Experience: I am currently teaching in Dubai at a well-established British curriculum school, where I have been based for the past three years, following a distinguished 21-year teaching career in the United Kingdom. During my time in the UK, I served as Head of Physics at an Outstanding-rated girls’ school in the London Borough of Ealing, gaining extensive leadership and curriculum experience.
Prior to this, I taught in India for thirteen years at Bishop Cotton School, one of the country’s most prestigious boarding schools, where I developed a strong foundation in academic excellence and holistic education. In addition to my teaching and leadership roles, I have co-authored several secondary mathematics textbooks, reflecting my commitment to high-quality curriculum design and educational scholarship.
